The hand-held piston ring expanders are designed to work in the correct direction, spreading the force evenly to prevent damage. This smaller size fits piston rings from 50 to 100mm (2 in to 3.94 in bore size), including Formula Ford 1600 (81mm / 3.188 in) and Pinto-engine FC / Sports 2000 (90.8mm / 3.575 in).
