This H.K. Porter 14-inch ratcheting cable cutter's compact, lightweight design allows for easy cutting in tight and confined spaces. The ratcheting jaws and sharp, shear-cut blades cut cleanly without leaving burrs or rough edges. The lightweight fiberglass handles have non-slip plastic grips for complete control while using the tool.
