The driver is ideal for breaking loose stubborn fasteners in situations where an air gun isn't an option. Simply apply the driver to your fastener, twist it in the loosening direction by hand, and strike the driver with a hammer. The internal wedge applies a single torque strike with each blow. The result is much greater control than with an impact gun, reducing the risk of stripping a fastener. The 1/2 in square drive can be used with any impact socket or accessory. Driver measures 5-3/16 in (130mm) long.
